Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Development and People at Weathermatic, Anthony collaborates with leadership to steer the company toward becoming a leader in climate technology. As an Advisor to the CEO at Hines Inc and in advisory roles at Unlimited Labor Solutions, Anthony focuses on strategic counsel and initiatives for growth. Anthony founded The H Group Coaching + Staffing, delivering services in coaching and leadership development, and is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC, facilitating leadership growth. Previously, Anthony held key positions at Furman University, contributing to innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, and authored a forthcoming non-fiction book on mentoring and networking.
