Lynn Wang is the current Director of Product Management at Hinge Health. Lynn has also worked with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) from February 2012 to April 2020. During their time at WW, they held the position of Director of Product. Some of their key responsibilities included developing the overall coaching strategy, managing 2 product managers, and improving 1:1 diabetes and weight loss coaching for premium members. In addition, they were also responsible for overseeing the rollout of a CRM system and streamlining navigation to help in apps. Thanks to their efforts, the company was able to reduce failed help searches from 20% to 2%.
When it comes to activity, Lynn Wang has helped grow global members syncing with an activity tracker by 3x. Lynn has also introduced an affiliate revenue stream with Daily Burn and Aaptiv partnerships. In addition, they have developed dynamic Fitpoints goals and activity personas to align the organization around member problems. Lynn Wang has a MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School and a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
