Holly Cirignano

She serves as Chief of Staff for the Bank and is responsible for partnering with senior leadership to drive effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Bank.

Prior to stepping into this role, Holly was responsible for leading the Bank’s Specialized Deposit Group, focusing on Government, Institutional, Non Profit and Property Management clients. She has nearly 20 years of banking experience specializing in business and institutional banking. Holly holds a Liberal Arts degree from Bridgewater State University and a certification from the New England College of Financial Studies. She is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
