Steve Massey

Steve Massey MBA has extensive experience in major programmes and systems within the transportation and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving at Hinkley Point and HS2 LTD, Steve provides critical project representation and major programmes systems advice. As the owner of System 2 System Consultants Ltd and a senior associate at The Nichols Group, Steve has contributed to key initiatives such as the Network Rail Digital Railway Programme and security systems at Sellafield Ltd. Previous roles include significant positions in programme delivery, engineering management, and system development across organizations including Crossrail, London Underground, Tube Lines, and the Strategic Rail Authority. Steve holds an MBA from The Open University and a BSc Hons in Cybernetics Science from the University of Reading.
