Sian Owen

Sian Owen is the current Director & Head of People at Hinterview. Sian has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Training.

Sian started their career at Spencer-Ogden in 2012 as the Training and Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA. Sian was responsible for the training and development of employees as well as recruiting new talent. In 2016, they left Spencer-Ogden to join Pareto Law as a Consultant in their Managed Services division.

In 2018, Sian Owen joined Explore Group as the Global Head of People & Performance. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and success of the company by aligning and maximizing all of their people and resources. Sian had a team that worked closely with sales and back office functions in the UK and USA to focus on attraction, engagement, development, and retention of employees.

In 2020, Sian Owen left Explore Group to join Life Science People as their Director of People, Performance & Growth. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day running of the human resources department as well as overseeing performance and growth within the company.

Sian Owen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a passion for developing people and maximizing their potential. Sian is currently the Director & Head of People at Hinterview where they are responsible for leading the team and developing strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Sian Owen has a BA Honours in Theirtory with Social Anthropology from Oxford Brookes University. Sian is also a qualified Transactional Analysis 101 TA from the Metanoia Institute. Sian has also taken life and professional coaching skills from The Coaching Academy.
