Katie McDonald

Katie McDonald, PHR, serves as the Director of People & Culture at HIP Housing since May 2021, following a diverse career in organizational development and human resources. Previously, Katie held leadership roles at Echo Ridge, where a comprehensive People Ops strategy resulted in 100% staff retention, and at the Technology Industry Association of California, focusing on member management and engagement. Prior experience includes pivotal roles in recruiting and HR process implementation at Lottery.com and McDonald Association Management Company, as well as event management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
