Craig Waldrep has over 20 years of professional experience. Craig began their career in 1999 as a Service Associate I at Bank One. In 2001, they joined Atlantic as a Collections/Cashier/Office Technician. In 2004, they worked as an ATM/Debit Card Fraud Detection Analyst at Bank of America. In 2005, they moved to Bank of America again, this time as a Balance Control Lead Operations Representative. In 2006, they joined VIACK Corporation as a Client Services Representative. In 2008, they worked as a Data Communication Analyst at Manpower Professional. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at VIA3 Corporation, first as a Sr. Client Services Representative (Technical Support) and then as Chief Operations Officer. In 2019, they joined HIPAA Video as VP Product & Support and Videonet Holding Corp as Chief Operating Officer.

Craig Waldrep has a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design from The Art Institutes, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Technology and Multimedia from the University of Advancing from 1997 to 1999.
