Paulina Arias

Paulina Arias has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Gerente de Division Soporte Integral a Oficinas y RedPOS at Hiper S.A. since January 2013, after holding multiple managerial roles including Gerente de operaciones and Gerente de Administración y Finanzas (e). Prior to this, Paulina held the position of Analista Contable / Analista Financiero at Urbano Express Perú S.A. from May 2009 to May 2012 and worked as an Asistente Contable at High End and Metalpren S.A. from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a specialization in NIIF's from Universidad ESAN and a diploma in Control de Gestión from Universidad de Piura, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
