Susan Marosek has over 35 years of experience in software engineering. From 2016 to present, they have been a Senior Software Engineer - Consultant at Hiperwall | Next-Generation Video Wall and Distributed Visualization Systems, where they designed and implemented a user authentication and permission management system for increased security of the Hiperwall video wall system. Susan also provided technical expertise in software design and development, especially in the area of GUI development. From 2000 to 2016, they were a Senior Engineer at Integrated Medical Systems, Inc., where they were the primary software engineer for the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the Life Support for Trauma and Transport (LSTAT) integrated medical system and the next generation product line, LS-1. From 1984 to 2000, they were a Senior Technical Specialist at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they designed and developed a software engineering environment (SEE) tool set for distributed applications, developed a Ground Station GUI for transmitting data to B2 for mission re-planning application, and was responsible for developing Flight Control Law analysis software for a non-real-time simulation and various validation tools.
Susan Marosek holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained in 1995. Susan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Youngstown State University, which they obtained in 1984. In addition, they have obtained three Coursera Course Certificates in the field of Internet of Things, which they obtained in 2016.
