Hugo Raposo

Hugo Raposo has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hugo currently holds the position of HR Director at HipoGes Iberia since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as HR Associate Director at the same company from February 2019 to February 2022. Before joining HipoGes Iberia, Hugo worked as an HR Team Leader at the company from March 2018 to February 2019.

Hugo also has experience in the education sector, having worked as an HR Development Senior Specialist at both Universidade Europeia | Laureate International Universities and Laureate International Universities from September 2014 to February 2018.

Earlier in their career, Hugo worked as the Head of Research - Senior Consultant at Jason Associates from September 2013 to August 2014. Hugo also served as an Associate at Stanton Chase Portugal from July 2009 to August 2013.

Hugo's career in HR began with their role as a Human Resources Technician at Banco Finantia from March 2007 to June 2009, followed by a stint as an HR professional at VICTORIA Seguros from August 2006 to March 2007.

Hugo Raposo began their education in 2002 and graduated in 2006 from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management. In 2011, they attended the ACTP Accredited Coach Training Program at Activision - ICF, focusing on Individuals, Teams, and Organizations Coaching. In 2014, they enrolled in Universidade Europeia and completed an Executive Master's degree in Management in 2015.
