Kris Carlin

Kris Carlin has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. They started their career at BMC Software as an HR Coordinator, where they efficiently performed various HR support functions. They then worked as an HR Generalist at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc., where they handled recruiting, employee relations, training, performance management, and onboarding. Kris then transitioned to Convio as a Senior HR Business Partner, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development. They were responsible for functions such as new hire orientations, performance management, recruiting, training, and staff development.

After that, Kris joined Blackbaud as a Senior HR Business Partner before moving on to NTT DATA Services, where they held the position of Director Human Resources. In this role, Kris served as a strategic HR business partner supporting public and private sector client groups across the US.
