Michael Dodge

Michael Dodge has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Michael most recently worked at Hippo Insurance as the Director of Agency Direct Sales, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Partner Sales from September 2020 to January 2023, and as the Senior Manager of Inside Sales from December 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Hippo Insurance, Michael held various roles at Amica Mutual Insurance. Michael worked as the Sales & Client Services Manager from October 2014 to August 2018, and as the Sales and Client Services Manager for the Northern New Jersey Office from August 2013 to October 2014. Prior to these roles, they served as the SCS Supervisor from December 2012 to August 2013, and as the Assistant SCS Supervisor from December 2011 to December 2012. Michael also worked as the Senior Account Manager from May 2011 to January 2012, as an Account Manager from March 2010 to May 2011, as well as an Account Manager from November 2008 to March 2010. Michael started their career at Amica Mutual Insurance as an Associate Account Manager in September 2008, and held that position for two months.

Michael also had an internship at APC-MGE in 2007, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern.

Michael Dodge attended Providence College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Studies. Additionally, they studied Political Science at Stellenbosch University from 2006 to 2007. Michael also holds certifications in Integrity Coaching and Integrity Selling Facilitator from Integrity Solutions. Furthermore, they are licensed in P&C Insurance in 49 states.
