Florence Croizat

Florence Croizat is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary arts, event management, and editorial leadership. As the Founder and President of Des Saisonniers since June 2010, Florence has successfully established and managed the association, focusing on communication strategies and funding applications. In addition to editorial responsibilities for Psytraveller Magazine, Florence has taken on multiple cooking roles, including positions at Victory Interim Conciergerie and Hippopotamus, where culinary skills and kitchen maintenance were key duties.
