Franck Capron's work experience begins with their current role as the Global Head of Sales at HIPTO, a startup specializing in generating highly qualified and GDPR-compliant leads. In this role, Franck is responsible for defining the company's sales strategy, developing business in France and internationally, and managing a team of three sales representatives.
Prior to their current position, Franck worked as a Business Developer Manager at Moneytag, a digital monetization agency for media publishers. During their time there, they helped publishers increase their revenues by offering various services and tools tailored to their needs. Franck was also involved in business development, recruiting publishers, and providing advisory services for their monetization strategies.
Before joining Moneytag, Franck held the position of Customer Success/Business Developer at Moneytag (under Lagardère Active). In this role, they provided consultation and support for website monetization, including business development, creating commercial proposals, conducting A/B testing, and coordinating with various advertising programmatic actors.
Prior to their roles at Moneytag, Franck gained experience as a Commercial/Business Development professional at DOCTIPHARMA (under Lagardère Active), an Assistant Manager at PDSA, and a Sales Trainee at Lancel.
Franck CAPRON completed their International Business Licence at Albert de Mun - Paris from 2012 to 2013. Franck then pursued their Master's degree at ISC Paris, specializing in Marketing from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they continued their studies at ISC Paris and obtained their Master 2 degree in E Business from 2014 to 2016.
