Dmitry Matveyev 🌿

Dmitry Matveyev has a substantial work experience in the field of software engineering. Dmitry started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Invelio in 2013, where they were involved in optimizing stored procedures and maintaining web services for a betting system. Dmitry then moved on to Technikon Ltd. in 2014, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead. At Technikon Ltd., Dmitry gained experience in gathering technical requirements, making architectural decisions, and supervising overall workflows. Dmitry also worked on various projects involving technologies such as ASP.Net, WPF, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, and Entity Framework.

In 2016, Dmitry joined Armada Labs as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the implementation of business requirements and the redesign and refactoring of software for a mortgage CRM. Dmitry also led the migration of code from .Net to Node.js and set up a test environment using Docker on Linux.

Dmitry then worked at Exadel from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on system rework and migration from SQL Server to .Net-based SOA for the e-470 Staff Augmentation project. Dmitry also covered services with unit tests and optimized performance.

From 2018 to 2020, Dmitry worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Intetics Inc., where they contributed to the development of an internal service for the management of sensitive payment information. Dmitry was involved in data migration, consumption of external SOAP services, and participated in sprint reviews and sprint plannings.

At Exadel, Dmitry returned in 2018 and worked until 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on incremental implementation of customer requirements and performing code reviews for a tax software project.

Between 2020 and 2022, Dmitry worked at Eon Games as a Development Team Lead and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In their role as a Development Team Lead, they were responsible for human resource planning, team management and development processes, and mentoring newcomers. Dmitry also successfully switched the team to Scrum, resulting in improved predictability and efficiency. As a Senior Software Engineer, Dmitry contributed to system design, performance testing, and optimization.

From 2022 to 2023, Dmitry joined Geek-Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, working on a large-scale software system for store operations and hardware interaction. Dmitry'sresponsibilities included analyzing business requirements, participating in technical debates, and implementing business requirements.

Currently, Dmitry is working as a Senior Software Engineer at HiQo Solutions, Inc. since 2023, where they continue to apply their expertise in software engineering.

Dmitry Matveyev began their education journey in 2003 at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Dmitry pursued a Master's degree in Technical Sciences specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This educational pursuit lasted until 2012. Following this, Dmitry enrolled in the Education Center of the Hi Tech Park in 2013, where they engaged in studies related to Computer Software Engineering and obtained a degree as a .NET Developer.
