Maria Poflankova

Maria Poflankova has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. Maria began their career at Digital Design in 2005, where they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Application Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Teamlead where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in Atlassian product implementation, consulting on Agile/SCRUM methodology, IT resource planning, and ITSM with Atlassian. Maria then joined HiQo Solutions, Inc. in 2018 as a Business Analyst. Her duties included working with business requirements to BI dashboards, data flows, and metrics, documenting requirements to Data Warehouse dimensions and views, designing ETL requirements for the enterprise Data hub, managing Data Quality projects, customer data integration, and UAT.

Maria Poflankova has a rich educational background. Maria attended Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Specialist degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Maria also attended Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Specialist degree in Quality Management in Engineering and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician. Maria also has several certifications, including an Advanced Jira Workflows Badge from Atlassian obtained in August 2018, an Atlassian Certified JIRA Service Desk Administrator obtained in April 2017, an Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with JIRA Software obtained in January 2017, and an Atlassian Skills Badge: Customizing Jira Workflows obtained in October 2020.
