Mitchell Kramps

Mitchell was born in England as an Air Force Brat, with his family soon settling right outside of San Antonio. He's been there ever since.

He came on as a Dragon (Brand Ambassador) in 2015, looking for a way to make his interest in craft cocktails more than just a hobby. When the opportunity to join the Dragon Staff in 2018 presented itself, he jumped on it. (Dragon Spirits doesn't just like to say we hire from within, we actually do it!)

Mitchell's experience was in the restaurant/bar industry, doing everything from dishwashing to management. It helped cultivate his communication skills with customers, coworkers, vendors, distributors, and clients. He was responsible for interviews, training, inventory and managing multiple schedules.

He enjoys spending his free time with his family. They love to travel, and frequently find small or local businesses in the craft beverage industry, or hole-in-the-wall diners to try out. Anything fun to do with the family is fine by him! During the 4th of July and New Years holiday seasons, he also runs a firework stand with his family.
