Caleb Aguiluz

Caleb Aguiluz has a diverse work experience starting from 2020. Caleb began as an Automation Engineering Intern at Fenwal, Inc., where they worked on designing and drafting fixtures for production line automation projects. In 2021, Caleb interned as a Condition Monitoring Intern at Barrick Gold Corporation, gaining experience in non-destructive testing activities to assess machinery health. Later that year, Caleb joined Constructora Rizek & Asociados, initially as a Support Fleet Analyst, responsible for maintaining equipment databases and verifying GPS connections. Caleb then took on the role of Compliance Analyst, restructuring and maintaining compliance databases and fault databases. Caleb finally worked as an Equipment Control Analyst, creating and maintaining databases fed from telemetry data. Currently, they are employed with Hire Horatio CX, starting as a Client Service Associate and progressing to the role of Senior Client Service Associate.

Caleb Aguiluz completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from MI-EL Christian School from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Caleb Aguiluz has also obtained various certifications. In October 2021, they became Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, as well as a Six Sigma White Belt Certification through The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In April 2021, they completed the Microsoft Excel - Excel from Beginner to Advanced course on Udemy. Caleb Aguiluz also holds the CES Selector Certificate Program - Certified User from Granta Design, which they obtained in April 2019, and the CSWA - Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes, acquired in the same month and year.
