Jose Herrera

Jose Herrera is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hire Horatio CX, a customer support firm focused on high-growth and digitally-oriented companies since October 2018. With a diverse background in business development, Jose has also served as an investor in companies such as Shippify Inc. and cleancult, and holds membership in prestigious organizations like YPO, Forbes Business Council, and Entrepreneurs' Organization. Prior to their current roles, Jose held significant positions at Morgan Stanley as Vice President, focusing on Latin America and US Offshore Sales, and at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst.
