Kara Yarnot

Kara Yarnot has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as a SAP Trainer at Intel in 1995. Kara then moved on to American Management Systems, where they were a Recruiting Manager from 1999 to 2002. After that, they were the University Relations Manager at NVR, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined The Boeing Company as a Senior Manager of College and Student Development Programs. From 2006 to 2013, Kara was Vice President/Director of Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise at SAIC, and during this time they also held the role of Vice President/Group Staffing Director. In 2014, they began working as a Program Director (contractor) for the Council of Talent Acquisition Executives at The Conference Board. In 2017, they became Vice President of Strategic Consulting Services at HireClix, and in 2018 they joined College Recruiter job search site as a Member of the Board of Advisors.

Kara Yarnot holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Kara also holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied Policy and Management. In addition, Kara has obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce Certificate from Cornell University in April 2022, as well as a Certified DDI Targeted Selection Administrator from Development Dimensions International in September 2003.
