Dawn Hughes

Dawn Hughes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, consulting, training, and career counseling. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HIRED and a Yoga Teacher at YMCA of the North, Dawn also operates St. Croix Valley Consulting, focusing on employment matching through innovative recruitment strategies. Previously, roles included Senior Trainer at HIRED Training and Career Management, CEO of St. Croix Valley Naturals, and Senior Career Counselor at Avivo, where Dawn administered significant grant projects and managed training budgets.
