Ayushi Jain is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership and coordination roles within the recruiting sector. Currently serving as the Recruitment Coordinator Lead at Hired by Matrix, Inc. since August 2023, Ayushi is responsible for leading, training, and mentoring a team of recruitment coordinators while ensuring adherence to best practices.
