Sheila K

Sheila K is an accomplished C-Level Management Consultant and strategic advisor with extensive expertise in Business Transformation, Program Management, Supply Chain, and SAP consulting. Since March 2011, Sheila has provided advisory services to CxOs and has held various leadership roles, including CEO and Co-Founder of HIREdrate, a recruitment software company, and Co-Founder and Chairman of cmPlify, an AI product company focused on enterprise intelligence. Sheila currently serves on the advisory boards of HIREdrate and a stealth startup in the Supply Chain and Logistics space. Previous experience includes executive positions at Paskon Inc and Delphi, along with consulting roles at EY and as an Independent Consultant. Sheila holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a BBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
