Chu-Ting Fan

Chu-Ting Fan is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at hireEZ, where responsibilities include designing product experiences for enterprise recruiters and enhancing user-centered design processes. Chu-Ting has significantly increased the weekly active user rate from 34% to nearly 50% through collaboration with executives and engineers and by conducting A/B testing to inform design decisions.
