Harsh Mittal

Harsh Mittal has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Harsh is currently working as a Team Lead and Technical Product Manager at hireEZ, where they are responsible for leading EZ APIs and talent refresh. Prior to this, Harsh worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at hireEZ, where they led the development and launch of "hireEZ Apps" to improve customer experience through integrations with ATS, Email, and SSO. Harsh also served as a Program Manager at hireEZ, where they defined information security processes and managed integration projects with high-value customers. Before joining hireEZ, Harsh worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Harsh also gained experience as a Product Manager at Mi-Corporation, where they conducted user interviews and worked on the "Mobile Impact Platform" for mobile data collection solutions. Harsh served as a Research Assistant at Duke University and held a leadership role as a Team Lead at Team Ojas. Harsh began their career as a Student Intern at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED.

Harsh Mittal obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in energy from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2017. In addition, they have also obtained several certifications including Celonis Snap Training, SQL Essential Training, Jira software, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
