Tyler Litt

Tyler Litt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, equity, and community investment across various organizations. As the Founder and Senior Advisor at HireLitt since January 2017, Tyler focuses on identifying sustainable investment opportunities and empowering social impact leaders. Prior to this role, Tyler served as a Senior Associate Partner at NewSchools Venture Fund, where $14 million in grants were awarded to initiatives emphasizing community and innovation. Tyler's roles also include Senior Director of Equity & Community Investments at New Schools for Baton Rouge, where monitoring and evaluating investment effectiveness was pivotal. Additional experience encompasses positions in education and community health, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting diverse communities. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Pre-Med/Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
