Luca Paderni

Luca Paderni has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Luca is currently serving as the Managing Director at Hirematic since 2022. Previously, they held the position of CEO at Jobtome from 2021 and was also the COO from 2019 to 2021. Luca founded Acumen Research in 2016 and held the position of Founder and Managing Director. Luca has also worked as the Director General at NetComm Suisse Association, Chief Revenue Officer at THRON, and VP Customer Development at Eyra SA. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Forrester Research and Google. Additionally, Luca has experience as the CEO and founder of Pikado.

Luca Paderni completed the ETA Masterclass in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2023. Luca also attained an MBA in General Management from IMD in 1997. Prior to that, Luca Paderni pursued a Master in Business Administration at ISTUD, and they obtained their Maturita' Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico A. Einstein Milano.
