Terry Adams

Terry Adams is the VP of People at Hireology in charge of the company’s talent acquisition, recruitment and team development functions.

Terry serves as the VP of People at Hireology, overseeing human resource operations to recruit and retain top talent for the organization. In this role, Terry leads a team of talent acquisition and HR generalists to serve Hireology’s growing team, providing the foundation and career pathing needed to attract new Hireologists and help individuals develop their skills and grow professionally.

She brings years of experience from previous roles, most recently as the Director of HR at Power Solutions International and as Senior Director of HR and Compliance at ADP, where she led a multidisciplinary team that provided human resource and compliance support to business units locally and globally.

Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Aurora University, and completed an A.B.A. approved graduate paralegal program from Roosevelt University. Terry is a Glenview resident that enjoys volunteering, cooking and spending time with her family.
