Shobha Rajashekaraiah

Shobha Rajashekaraiah has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2003, they started their career as a Test Engineer at Aztec Software, where they were responsible for designing test cases, executing tests, and reporting results. Shobha also gained experience in WhiteBox testing, VB Scripting, and working on BizTalk server.

In 2006, Shobha joined FICO™ as a QA Technical Lead, where they managed testing for products in areas such as Scorenet, Credit Risk, and Debt Management/Collection & Recovery. Shobha led the testing team and took on the role of SCRUM master, overseeing sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Shobha stayed with FICO™ until 2013.

Following their time at FICO™, Shobha joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Test Lead. Shobha'sresponsibilities included end-to-end application testing for client onboarding and maintenance, designing test cases, executing tests, and reporting results. Shobha was also involved in coordinating with the automation team and successfully delivered the FATCA regulation program in record time.

In 2014, Shobha joined DHL Supply Chain as a Regional Implementation & Test Manager. Shobha worked with a global team to implement ERP solutions and manage testing for mid-sized customers. Shobha also played a key role in project and change management, utilizing DePICT project management methodology and SCRUM agile project management framework.

In 2016, Shobha joined Fonterra as a Program Test Manager, where they were responsible for managing testing for an SAP ERP solution and multiple integrated third-party systems. Shobha led a team of 15 and managed test scope, strategy, plans, and reports.

Most recently, Shobha worked at Hirepool as the IT Delivery Manager and Head of Delivery - Digital & Technology. Shobha'sroles involved delivering IT solutions, managing project portfolios, and developing frameworks for prioritizing and tracking initiatives. Shobha successfully delivered over 20 projects, including a successful ERP launch.

Shobha Rajashekaraiah completed a Certificate Program in Management of Software Development (CPMSD) at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 2009 to 2010. Shobha also obtained a BE degree in GVIT from Bangalore University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Shobha has certifications, including an ISTQB foundation certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, received in April 2017. Shobha also holds an ACCREDITED SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER CERTIFICATION from the International Software Test Institute™. Shobha is also certified in SCRUM MASTER ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION.
