Sneha Singh

Sneha Singh has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Sneha started their career as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where they worked on a project focused on Passive and Active RFID and Location Technology Research. After their time at the institute, Sneha joined GE as a Trainee System Engineer, where they supported over 300 users, maintained asset inventory, and handled incidents and requests in ServiceNow. Sneha then moved on to West Unified Communications Services as a Client Support Specialist, where they served as the primary contact for top clients and managed cases in Salesforce. Sneha then joined Intrado as an Analyst in Vendor Management, where they collaborated with various stakeholders to improve customer experience and establish relationships with key stakeholders. Following their tenure at Intrado, they joined FloCareer as a Senior Account Manager, actively managing and growing high net worth accounts and implementing optimized account management processes. Currently, Sneha works at HirePro as a Lead Consultant in Client Management.

Sneha Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions from 2004 to 2008. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Network Administrator degree in Computer Hardware & Networking from Jetking Infotrain.

In addition to their formal education, Sneha has also obtained several certifications. Sneha earned a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in December 2022. In November 2022, they completed a course on Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers from LinkedIn. Sneha also holds an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in January 2022. In July 2021, they completed a course on Learning Data Analytics, and in May 2021, they obtained certifications in Managing High Potentials and Project Management Simplified, all from LinkedIn.
