Smarthveer Sidana

Smarthveer Sidana is the Founder and CEO of HireQuotient since August 2021, with prior roles including Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and Columnist for The Hindu, focusing on education, mental health, and mentorship. Sidana served as a Co-Oped Global Executive Committee Member for the IITDAA, co-leading mental health initiatives, and founded vCoach Academy to democratize mentorship for students. Experience as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group involved contributions to the EdTech sector.
