Utkarsh Agrawal

Utkarsh Agrawal started their work experience as a KITES Intern at ITC Limited in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Research Analyst at the Indian School of Business and also joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate. In 2022, they served as a Summer Associate at BCG. Utkarsh's most recent position is as the Head of Strategy at HireQuotient, starting in 2023.

Utkarsh Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Technology in Production and Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2016 to 2020. Utkarsh pursued an MBA Exchange Program in Business Administration and Management, General, at ESSEC Business School in 2022. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Utkarsh completed their schooling at Delhi Public School, Gurgaon, from 2009 to 2016, and Delhi Public School - Bangalore South from 2002 to 2009.
