Hui Yen Ko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the training and consulting industries across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for HireRight since January 2019, Hui Yen has previously held key positions including Managing Director at Kaleidoskope Pte Ltd, where a focus on developing supportive learning ecosystems was established. Prior to that, Hui Yen orchestrated the transformation of momenta Group into a recognized training provider, significantly enhancing its service offerings. A solid foundation in sales leadership was built during tenure at ESI International, where market share growth and team development were prioritized.
