Ramanathan Iyer

Ramanathan (Ram) Iyer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ramanathan (Ram) started as the Assistant Manager at MIG Cricket Club from May 2003 to June 2005. Following that, they joined Sterling Talent Solutions in August 2005 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 75 resources and was responsible for driving operational improvement and maintaining defect-free delivery. Ramanathan (Ram) also created standard operating procedures and participated in ISO audits. After working at Sterling Talent Solutions for 14 years, Ram joined Neeyamo in September 2019 as the Assistant Vice President of Operations. In this position, they oversaw operational activities until September 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Global Quality Assurance at HireRight, starting in September 2021.

Ramanathan (Ram) Iyer pursued their post-graduation in operations management at the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2014 to 2016. Their field of study focused on operations management and supervision.
