Michael Powell

Michael Powell is a seasoned professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics at Tend since June 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Manager in Digital Engineering & Life Sciences at Cognizant, where expertise focused on RFP response and software solutions for the Life Sciences sector. Prior positions also include Sales Engineer at ZL Technologies, where business solutions were engineered for large regulated firms, and engineering and product development roles at Applecart, where a python-based platform was developed for workflow management. Powell co-founded Down to Chill and served as Chief of Operations, overseeing software development and product marketing, and has held various roles in marketing and operations, editorial assistance, and tutoring throughout a diverse career. Michael Powell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Operations and Information Systems Management with a focus on Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
