Juho Oranen is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in technology, marketing, and events. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Talentbyte since 2015, Juho has focused on connecting IT professionals with career opportunities and building remote teams. As Co-Founder of Hirevel, launched in 2024, Juho is innovating the recruitment process for IT talent in Europe through a unique algorithm and AI. Additionally, Juho holds board membership at Half and Half Events, contributing to the Helsinki Drink Festival, and serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of OFRD, a company specializing in consumer engagement at events. Past experiences include leadership roles at Future Dialog, Klip, and SHUUT app, as well as serving as CMO at DISCOTEC.
