Nikki Dudley

Nikki Dudley has a strong background in innovation and research in the field of selection science. Nikki is currently serving as the VP Assessments R&D at HireVue since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of VP Innovation at Modern Hire from 2019 to 2023. Nikki's experience also includes working at Shaker International where they led the Innovation team, researching and bringing new AI-based products to market. Nikki also held the positions of VP Innovation and Insights, Director, and Senior Consultant at Shaker International. Nikki's earlier work experience includes being a Consortium Fellow at the US Army Research Institute, an Analyst at Edison Electric Institute, and a Consultant at SHL Group PLC.

Nikki Dudley holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Psychology, Cum Laude, with University Honors from Davidson College.
