Vikramjit Singh Sahaye has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vikramjit Singh is currently the Founder & CEO of hiringplug™, a company that helps companies acquire top talent through their specialized team of recruiters. Prior to this, they also founded and served as the CEO of hiringplug™, a curated marketplace of recruiters that enables employers to hire quality candidates faster.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Sahaye worked as the Director at SelfDrvn Enterprise, a SaaS-based platform that uses gamification, social media, big data, and artificial intelligence to engage organizations' target audience. Vikramjit Singh was responsible for expanding the company across Malaysia, USA, Singapore, and India.

Sahaye also has experience as a Mentor at Xoxoday, where they provided guidance on strategy and business growth. Vikramjit Singh co-founded Benefitsplus Media Pvt Ltd, where they built the business from scratch and raised funds. Vikramjit Singh later rebranded the company as Beyond360.

Prior to their entrepreneurial journey, Sahaye held leadership positions at Getit Infoservices (P) Ltd as Vice President & Business Head - Online & Print - Yellow pages and Yellojobs.com India Pvt Ltd as General Manager. Vikramjit Singh also served as the Regional Head (North India) at Times Group for Times Jobs.com and worked as the Regional Business Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited.

Sahaye started their career at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company ltd, where they led the Channel Development function and later served as a Branch Head. Vikramjit Singh also worked as an Area Manager (Decorative Paints) at AkzoNobel (formerly ICI Paints India Limited).

Throughout their career, Sahaye has demonstrated versatility, entrepreneurial acumen, and expertise in various domains such as recruitment, technology, gamification, and sales.

Vikramjit Singh Sahaye's education history begins at Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, where they studied from 1982 to 1990. After completing their secondary education, they attended Modern School, Barakhamba Road, where they pursued their XII CBSE degree from 1991 to 1992, focusing on subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Continuing their academic journey, Sahaye then enrolled at RV College of Engineering where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics & Communication from 1992 to 1996. Seeking further specialization, they joined FORE School of Management, New Delhi in 1996 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing & International Business in 1997. After a few years, Sahaye pursued an executive development program, the Management Development Program (MDP), at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2005.
