Morris (Mo) Wallace is an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in project budget and cost control, procurement, and team management across various industries. Mo has been with W&W / AFCO Steel since February 2016, overseeing project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with fabrication requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Hirschfeld Industries and as an Operations Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where Mo led teams to deliver quality fabricated equipment and managed facility functions to ensure safety and efficiency. Mo's career history also includes significant roles in purchasing and production control, beginning as a Project/Construction/Office Operations Manager at Nobe, Inc. and culminating in a Production Control & Purchasing Manager position at Universal Display & Fixtures Company. Mo holds a B.A. in Psychology/Business from Angelo State University.
