Lisa Whitfield

Lisa Whitfield is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in insurance and litigation. Currently serving as the Emerging Risk Research Lead at Hiscox since September 2022, Lisa previously worked as Claims Counsel and Complex Claims Specialist at Hiscox USA from November 2018 to September 2022, where complex litigation management was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Attorney Editor for Georgia Civil Litigation at Thomson Reuters, and as AVP Claims at RLI Insurance Company, focusing on litigation management and coverage analysis. Lisa co-founded Hicks, Casey & Foster, PC, serving as Partner for over a decade, representing clients in a wide array of civil litigation matters. Lisa earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Florida State University.
