Frank Liu

Frank Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software product management and solution engineering. Since September 2013, Frank has served as Senior Partner Engagement Manager and Team Leader of Software Product Management at Hisense Group, overseeing the management of software products for smart TVs and mobile devices while handling global content acquisition and partnership management. Prior to this, Frank worked at Alcatel-Lucent from November 2004 to August 2013 in various roles, including Senior Solution System Engineer, where responsibility included designing ALU IMS solutions for APAC telecom service providers, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on 4G LTE wireless network development. Frank holds a Master of Science in Information Science/Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Ocean University of China.
