Jorge Enrique Delgado

Jorge Enrique Delgado is a distinguished consultant, researcher, and program coordinator currently affiliated with the Hispanic Dental Association, where involvement includes the HDA-CQ project on Hispanic/Latinx oral health in the US. As adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh since 2011, Jorge teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses related to Latin American social and public policy and higher education. In addition, Jorge serves as editor-in-chief of the Universitas Odontologica journal at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, overseeing manuscript management and editorial activities. Jorge's contributions extend to numerous leadership roles in educational and professional organizations, including the Latin American Studies Association and the Comparative and International Education Society. Jorge holds a PhD in International and Comparative Education from the University of Pittsburgh and has extensive experience in dental education, curriculum development, and public health research.
