Stephanie Abel

Stephanie Abel has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of Learning and Development at Inotiv, starting in May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development at Inotiv from March 2022 to May 2023. Prior to their current role, Stephanie worked as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner at Envigo from December 2020 to April 2022. Stephanie also served as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at STANLEY Security from November 2018 to December 2020. Stephanie's earlier experiences include working as a Manager Training and Development at NextGear Capital from May 2015 to February 2018, and as an Instructional Designer at NextGear Capital from October 2013 to April 2015. Stephanie also owned the role of Instructional Designer at Volition Learning Design from February 2012 to October 2013. Stephanie started their career as an Instructional Designer at AOTMP in January 2013 and then moved on to work as a Project Manager eLearning at The College Network from January 2008 to March 2012. Stephanie began their professional journey as an English Teacher at Hoke County High School from January 2006 to November 2007, where they developed and implemented curriculum according to education standards and obtained certification to teach Advanced Placement (AP) Literature and Composition courses.

Stephanie Abel earned their Bachelor of Science degree in English Teaching from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in the years 1996 to 2000. Stephanie then went on to pursue a Master's degree in The Instructional Systems Technology (IST) from Indiana University Bloomington, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained several certifications, including MBTI® from The Myers-Briggs Company in January 2021 and EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in December 2020.
