Doreen Waller has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the public and private sectors. Currently, Doreen serves as the Visitor and Community Transition and Development Lead at Historic Environment Scotland, a position held since March 2007. Doreen has also undertaken roles such as Interim Head of Visitor Operations South, Senior Operations Manager, Admissions Manager, and Quality Services Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Doreen was a Policy Manager at The Scottish Government from March 2003 to March 2007 and worked at Halifax as a Team Manager from May 1990 to June 2002. Doreen Waller holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Financial Services from The University of Manchester and completed secondary education at Musselburgh Grammar School between 1985 and 1990.
