Prior to this role, Withrow held positions such as Senior Project Manager at North American Construction Enterprises, LLC, and General Manager at notable establishments including Crowne Plaza Reading, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, and Gateway Hotel & Conference Center. With a diverse background spanning over three decades, including culinary experience as Chef de Cuisine at Blackhawk Lodge and managerial roles in hotel and conference center operations, Withrow brings extensive expertise in achieving operational excellence and driving guest satisfaction in the hospitality sector.
