Mathew Coulter

Mathew Coulter has over 15 years of experience in the construction and building maintenance industry. Currently serving as a Building Surveyor and Maintenance Supervisor at Historic Royal Palaces since May 2009, Mathew has developed a strong expertise in building management and maintenance. Prior experience includes working as a Plumber at C M Construction from April 2005 to April 2008. Mathew's educational background includes a Higher National Certificate in Building/Construction Finishing, Management, and Inspection from Kingston University, along with qualifications in Plumbing Technology and Gas Safety from Guildford College and Nescot College, respectively.
