Melissa Mezerowski

Melissa Mezerowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Strategic Accounts Manager C/S at Hit Promotional Products since May 2010, Melissa focuses on enhancing the post-sale experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Previous roles include managing national accounts at Corvest, leading operations at Affordable Appraisals & Inspections, and developing HR practices at Alpha Personnel. Additionally, Melissa has project management experience from PSINet, where responsibilities included client consultation and project coordination. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both from St. Petersburg College.
