Orie Ward

Orie Ward is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HIT Strategies, Orie develops and executes business plans aimed at enhancing market share in public opinion polling while overseeing financial operations and human resource management for over 30 employees. Previous roles include Principal and Head of Operations at OZONE CAPITAL, LLC, where Orie sourced high-potential deals in various sectors, and Senior Program Advisor & Board Director at Global Eye Entrepreneurs, where curriculum design and stakeholder management were key responsibilities. As Executive Director of The Purple Aisle, Orie raised significant funding to train emerging civic leaders, while earlier work as Senior Management Consultant at Philogic focused on improving productivity and organizational strategies. Orie holds a Master of Science in Business Design and Innovation from Carthage College and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Morehouse College.
