Hilary Mosedale Fih

Hilary Mosedale FIH has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

From 1987 to 1993, Hilary worked as a Training Consultant at HCTC, where they identified training needs for clients, sold courses, and trained adults in hospitality and customer service. Hilary also designed and delivered bespoke courses and managed trainer training programs.

In 1997, Hilary became the Owner of HRD Training, where they created customized blended learning solutions and developed interactive training programs for the hospitality industry. These programs covered topics such as fire training, risk assessment, customer service, and food safety.

From 2003 to 2009, Hilary worked as a Manager at the Business and Enterprise Centre. Hilary established and managed mobile outreach centers, delivering IT, numeracy, and literacy training to adult learners. Hilary also designed tailored courses for local and national companies and was involved in internal communication initiatives.

In 2009, Hilary owned and operated their own business, HMMTIO, before founding Cherish the Customer in 2011.

In 2012, Hilary joined HIT Training Ltd as Development Manager and later became the Head of Curriculum. Their roles involved designing and implementing a company development strategy, coordinating learning resources, and maximizing the potential of staff and clients. Hilary also served as a Project Manager, overseeing the transition to new apprenticeship standards and developing virtual learning environments.

In 2019, Hilary joined Connect2Care as Head of Curriculum, and in 2020, they joined The Executive Development Network in the same role.
