Arunava Mohanta

Arunava Mohanta has worked in the field of power electronics for over a decade. Arunava started their career in 2006 at Emerson as a Branch Manager for the East Zone. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to motivate their team to achieve their targets. Arunava also assigned job roles, managed customer accounts, and worked on order finalization. In 2010, Mohanta joined Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics as the Zonal Head for East India, where they continued to excel in similar duties.

From 1984 to 2004, Arunava Mohanta pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata. During this time, their field of study included Commerce, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, HR, and Finance.
